Aero and Emeded Media Player

I notice if I go to KQED.org in IE7 vista turns of aero support. Has anyone else seen this?  It looks to be how they are embedding windows media players’ activex control.  I can browse there with FireFox without this behavior so I am at a loss.

It works for me - Aero stays on in Vista when I access www.kqed.org. It did display something about the page needing Java, which I'm trying not to install.

Maybe Java is turning off Aero; Java UI is ugly so it probably can't handle pretty Aero. :-)

Hmm must be the Java, I was not successful in keeping it off my system. ( I believe the HP printer installed it).
I see the same behavior if i open the Java Control panel. Thanks, Time to uninstall Java.
